DENR controls JAK2 translation to induce PD-L1 expression for tumor immune evasion

Several mechanisms have been ORG LAVENDER associated with transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation of PD-L1 in cancer.Here the authors show that a RNA binding protein, Football - Shoes - Junior DENR, positively regulates the translation of JAK2 and induces PD-L1 expression in tumor cells, associated with immune evasion.
